I am  ____your name____. I am writing this letter because of the chaotic disorderly state of traffic in my locality. People are not following traffic rules. They just want to reach their destination fast. Some are breaking traffic signal, crossing the road while vehicles are moving and riding at a very fast speed. These all lead to accidents. Their is also chaos during a traffic jam as people ring their horns too much and they cause noise pollution. People are not concerned about following traffic rules. Many end up getting hurt and noise pollution causes insomnia . Therefore, I request you to print an article about this in your newspaper.
