Subject: Complaint Regarding My new Oxymeter

         I am Rajesh and I had bought an Oxymeter from your store last month. Though it worked fine for a few weeks, it started to develop serious faults afterwards. My bill number is 84554 and the date of purchase is 15 June 2021.

        I had using it to measure the oxygen level of my My GrandFather's blood, it had been showing the correct reading for first few weeks but now its showing no display even after replacing the battery it still doesn't work.

       We have heard a lot about your shop and bought a oxymeter from there trusting your services. Please provide us with a immediate replacement as it's very important for us.
