Mam,
I am the sister of XYZ studying in class X in your hostel. I got a letter from my brother that he is being bullied by the senior students, harshly. They made him do homeworks and the chores. He's not able to focus on his studies or his own work because he's pre-occuppied by his senior's work. They also physically and mentally abuses him if he rejects to do the work given. We've noticed he had some bruises when he visited home last month, but he refused to say the truth. Now he have opened up, most probably because he can't handle it. I hope you will look into this matter soon, and punish the students severely. If action is not taken by this week, we will complain about this to the authority.
