Respected Sir,

Through this letter, I want to complain about the products that were delivered to us on 12th of November. Sir, by my previous letter I had ordered some medical products for our school, but they were not delivered in proper conditions. Most of the products were damaged, and were of bad quality. They looked out as cheap and inferior. Even some were expired too. I request you to replace all the items with proper goods as soon as possible. I hope this shouldn't repeat further on.

I have attached the list of damaged products here.

  • Paracetamol : Expired
  • Dulcoflex : Inferior quality, patent
  • Glocuon : Seal Broken

Sir, if we wouldn't have saw the expired medicines and if by mistake a student was given that, then who would have been responsible for his conditions ?

Respected Sir,

I am Raji, health and fitness incharge of St.Mary's High school. I am writing the letter vid bill dates 21st January 2201, the materials received by us was found tampered.

Sir, it has been found by our school authorities that some of the products were broken, and some packages was found to be creased. Also, we had complained the Head Office of Agra about the same, no replies has been given so far.

We would file a consumer right case under article ____ if your authorities would not give us the right material or refund the money given by us.
