dear sir,

               last week we purchased a set of books in ur store and we were told that we would be receiving it today. probably due to some happenings we have received the wrong set of books. so we request the management to send the proper set of books to us. pls see this problem as a serious matter cause this small mistake can lead to big problems. thanks for understanding and hopefully this wont happen again. we have attached our proper bill in this letter too. (BILL IS ATTACHED)
