Last week, I bought a mobile phone from ' The Mobile Junction ' , 20 L , Nehru Place, New Delhi. The mobile phone developed a defect within 5 days of its purchase. The speaker of the mobile phone is not working. I request you to rectify the defect or replace the phone. Thanks.
