I am Rajini, a nutritionist and today I will highlight my views on the topic- "Healthy food"
It goes without saying that a healthy mind resides in a healthy body.A balanced diet is fundamental to proper growth and development of the body. The building block of our body is cells which need constant supply of nutrition for efficient functioning.
It is very crucial to consume fruits, vegetables, grains, pulses and fiber-yielding foods in adequate amounts. Because each of these has several roles to perform in our body. They broadly keep our body fit and also boost our immune system. It will also improve your sleep. Along with that, it keeps our emotions in balance because many studies have revealed that our food has a major impact on our mood.
So, make sure that you intake a healthy diet daily. If you fail to do so, you might have to bear serious health consequences in the long run.
