Dear Sir,
I am writing to your esteemed newspaper to bring to your consideration about the need to introduce moral education in schools. Some schools had started as a trial run class and have found that it is successful and also have started preparing for a much more serious run. But as the course had not been officially accepted by the board, there is still the need for the society's pressure in making the board realize and notice the need for this type of education.
So, I would be grateful if you could write an article about the need and importance of this course. Since your newspaper is widely read by majority of the people, it's outreach will also be vast which is all the more better.
