This is just a shipment error as your books are mistakenly delivered to one of our other customers and their order has been delivered to you. I assure you that this will be rectified by us within 24 hours. Please accept a 10% discount from us in your initial order as a gift for your patience. Once again, inconvenience in this regard is highly regretted.

Dear Sir:

Apropos the complaint letter, dated August 30, 2019 concerning the wrong delivery of books, I have checked the records and found the mistake. I regret the inconvenience cause. The mistake happened at the Dispatch Department. The man on duty wrote the wrong address on the parcels. Your books were sent to the wrong address and vice versa. I apologize for the mistake and assure you the delivery of your books within a week. Once again I am regretful for the inconvenience.
