Respected Sir,
Good day sir. I am Ravi. Yesterday I bought 10th social science textbook from your valuable shop. I was totally disappointed by seeing the miserable condition of the book. Please refer to the bill no. 97863.
The print was overlapping in certain pages and some pages were missing due to defective binding. Knowing the track record and amicable relationship that we shared over the past few years, this condition of book came as a big disappointment.
Please replace the book as soon as possible as I have to prepare for my school examinations. I would be pleased if you give free replacement for this book. An early replacement will be highly appreciable.
