We purchased 100 stopwatches from you recently, the bill for which is attached along with. Out of those, 23 were damaged and 15 were not functioning properly.

Highly disappointed to get such service from your end. Hoping for timely exchange of product.

                        SUB:- Complaint regarding Order No. 91234

Ma'am,

Last week, on 10th August, I had placed a bulk order of 15 Timex stopwatches, of model number ST0087. However, on receiving the order today morning, we were shocked by the packaging condition and the contents in it :-

1. The cardboard package was damaged below
2. The stopwatches were devoid of any protective covering
3. Three of the watches are broken
4. Two are soiled and wet

It is unfortunate to see such unprofessional packaging methods been taken by an esteemed sports goods business such as yours. I ardently request you to replace the five damaged stopwatches latest by 20th August, or refund the equivalent amount via NEFT or UPI.
