On 25th June, I had placed a bulk order of 15 Timex stopwatches, of model number ST0087. However, on receiving the order today morning, I was shocked by the packaging condition and the contents in it :-
1. The cardboard package was damaged below
2. The stopwatches were devoid of any protective covering
3. Three of the watches are broken
4. Two are soiled and wet
It is unfortunate to see such unprofessional packaging methods been taken by an esteemed sports goods business such as yours. I ardently request you to replace the five damaged stopwatches latest by 2nd July, or refund the equivalent amount via NEFT or UPI.
