School management should devise proper strategies to create a stress-free environment where students learn without any pressure and explore creativity.

Sir,

           I am Shobha Bose, a daily reader of your newspaper. I want to highlight the stress faced by the students.

         Nowadays, grades have become the biggest stress in the life of students. They are running after it. The huge syllabus, the expectation of their guardians and the competitive environment are destroying their mental peace. They feel pressured and stressed due to these. We should acknowledge their efforts and encourage them to make a good future instead of making a stressful life.

            I would be obliged if my writing gets a little space in your esteemed daily.
