Dear friend

We all are fine here and wish the same for you. You must have read the recent news about online classes. According tot the news, all schools must start online classes so that the students stay on track.

The bad effect of this is the continuous screen time of the students which may damage their eyes. Some tips that I use are that I wash my eyes frequently. This refreshes our eyes and even cleans them. You could also give a frequent rest to your eyes by closing them after a  10 - 15 minutes interval.
