Subject - Health Hazards by Junk Food

Sir,

I am writing this letter to express my views on the health hazards caused by junk foods. Having been avid reader of your daily, I'm very glad if you allow me a column in your popular and widely readen daily.

These days Junk food are becoming part of Human life. Every individual for sake of eating something primarily end up eating these junk foods as a titbit.

The problems it cause will be visible after sometime in the form of obesity and heart disease. In India, the obesity rate is 2.5% of the total population. people are not following a healthy diet while workinh in a busy schedule. They often eat this junk foods as their three time meal.

But, they can't understand the serious problem that arises due to their eating habits. It can cause heart disease as well as physical inability to perform any task well.

This grave problem must be addressed by the concerned authority. More likely by the People in the society.

I really hope that you will include this as a column in your newspaper.
