Sub: Increasing craze of junk and processed food among youngsters regarding.

Respected Sir/Mam

I am a student and I am a resident of Jaipur area. I am writing this letter to you, to make you aware of the increasing craze of processed and junk food among the youth of India.

It will not be surprising to know that day by day the pace of lifestyle of Indian youngsters is changing. With increased pace, they have a little time to spend just for eating. Many of the youngsters do not even properly take their breakfast now.

This new change in Lifestyle has increased demand of processed and junk food among youngsters because of some of its characteristics like- it is available anytime, it is cheap and most importantly, it is tastier than other healthy foods. But is it a good option for our future generation? I think no. Youngsters should not choose junk food over healthier food Yes it is tasty but if taken in large volume or if taken regularly it will cause harmful effects to our body and that is not a good sign for future India.

There are some suggestions I want to put in front of you like government should promote the startups of healthy food and it is not all the responsibility of government, youth should also prefer healthy food and to change their mind government should encourage campaigns, posters and advertisements to encourage youth to become strong- physically as well as mentally.

I request you to please print a report on this issue in your newspaper so that our young mind, as well as the responsible government officers, can understand the seriousness of this matter.

Thanking you.

Yours sincerely,
Ritik

Sub- Increasing problem of obesity among the youth

Dear Sir,

Through the esteemed column of your newspaper, I would like to draw the attention of the government authorities as well as the citizens of the country on the increasing problem of obesity.
The problem of obesity is now faced in almost all the states of the country. The major reason for this is the lack of concern of the people about their health. They consume high amounts of energy, particularly fats and sugar but they do not do any physical activity to burn off that fat, this in turn leads to obesity. In order to reduce this problem, the people have to understand the importance of being fit, they have to make a balanced diet for themselves with adequate amount of all the nutrients, they should know various ways to make their food healthier and should do exercise regularly to make themselves healthy and fit then only we will be able to make our country free of obesity.
I would request you to publish this article in your newspaper so that other citizens will get concern and will work on this problem.

Thanking you,
Yours sincerely,
Ritik
