Subject: Complaint against faulty inverter
Sir,
Last month I had purchased an inverter from the Tilak Nagar outlet of your electronics company. Due to the frequent power cuts here, an inverter is a necessity which is why I purchased it. However, the inverter has suddenly started to malfunction as of this week. Although I tried all remedial methods to make it work, it was all to no avail. I figured that it must be due to a technical defect. Since the warranty period is still applicable according to the purchase bill, I would like to have the inverter repaired or replaced.
Kindly revert back as soon as possible and let me know when and how the inverter will be taken care of.
