I purchased Samsung washing machine from your shop. Receipt Number 456 dated 22 December 2020. I am forced to express my resentment and dismay because the washing machine has developed a technical problem with in a month of its purchase.
The sound is quite unpleasant and the fabric is getting tear. Just a few days after its purchase,it had started giving me trouble.
The washing machine has a warranty of two years Warranty card number 506/1200.I hope you will look into this matter and replace it immediately. An early and appropriate action will be highly appreciated.
