Sub: Replacement of Defective Watch
I am a student of Class X and bought a Titan Watch from your showroom, which has stopped
functioning since a week. This has caused a great mistrust in your esteemed brand and
furthered a lot of inconvenience.
I bought the watch on the 15th of June, 2018 from you reputed showroom, Golden Time in
Andheri. It was a Titan watch, steel bodied, model no:101, Receipt no: 532 and amounted to
two thousand rupees. I would like a replacement of the product of the same model within
seven days of receiving the letter.
I look forward towards the replacement of the damaged watch, failing which I would be
forced to move the consumer court.
