Subject: Complaint letter

This is to inform you that I had bought an expensive wrist watch from your store last week whose model number is 001122. The watch worked fine when you showed me but after I brought it home from the next day on it failed to work. First of all it had stopped working and as it again started running it became slow. I tried adjusting the correct time but the clock seems to stop working after sometime and then becomes slow again.

I would be highly obliged if you could repair the watch or replace it as soon as possible as I don’t want this beautiful watch to function ineffectively.
