The driver not only arrived late, but was also rude to you. He also overcharged you by two hundred rupees. Write a letter of complaint to the customer service manager of the cab company, requesting her/him to refund the extra mony and take suitable action against the driver

Im rohit sutra, is this customer care?I have booked a cab from relaxi cab services,the vehicle was sent was too small for our luggage,the driver not only came late and was also rude to us.He also overcharged two hundred ruppes.I request you to return my fund and also take a action against him.Thank you.
