lage. The driver not only arrived late, but was also rude to you. He also
overcharged you by two hundred rupees. Write a letter of complaint to

I, Rohit Dutta from Kota, want to let u kno that i had booked a cab from Relaxi Cab Services to set off for the airport.

But, the situation was not at all favorable to me—The vehicle that was sent was too small for my luggage. The driver not only arrived late, but was also rude to me. He also overcharged me by two hundred rupees.

Now, i have two issues and i, kindly, request you to solve them— firstly, by refunding the extra money charged to me by the driver, and secondly, by taking stable actions for that rudeness. Hopefully you'll take some steps immediately.
