Sir/Madam,

                    I want to say that I am a resident Of Red Light Area and I have ordering items online from FlipKart for at least one year. Unfortunately, this time I did not get all the orders I gave which is pretty much disgusting as I needed them for an emergency.

                                                        Therefore, I shall be highly obliged if you kind replace my deliveries with the correct items I ordered. I shall be very much thankful if these type of mistakes doesn't take place in the future. I am looking forward for your seriousness in this matter and a quick reply.
