Subject :- Complaint about washing machine bought from your shop

Sir/Ma'am,

I regret to inform you that, the LG washing machine which we bought from your shop (Challan number: XXXXXX, Receipt number: AAAAA) on 15th October 2020, isn't functioning properly. To be precise:

• The washer stops functioning sometimes
• The basket too stops spinning sometimes
• It's becoming noisy day by day (sudden increase in It's sound)

As the washing machine is within the warranty date (warranty card number: HHHHHHH) I request you to send a mechanic to repair this washing machine. In case it's beyond repair I request you to replace this washing machine. Looking for a kind co-operation from your end.
