Respectfully I want to state that I have lost my original library card by mistake yesterday somewhere in the school . I tried my best to search the card but failed to find it. I am facing problem for my study as I am unable to get issue a library book. Immediately I need a Geography book. If possible please arrange for the issue of this book. Please help me sir/mam.

I regret to inform you that my original identity; card has been lost. I study in grade VA (Rohit Sharma). Because of missing of the identity card, I am facing several inconveniences. I am unable to get permission into the library. reading room and the journal section. I am also deprived of the traveling concession for the same reason.
