I am Satyendra, Sales Manager of Sona Sarees. I want to cancel the bulk order of sarees placed two months ago. I extremely apologize for the inconvenience caused due to this step.

Lockdown due to pandemic has caused a huge loss to sales. We are getting very few orders and thus very low income. I hope you understand our problem and won't let this affect our further deals.
