Subject:- Concern for a Child artist
Sir/Madam
Through the columns of your esteemed newspaper, I wish to bring to the attention of your on the emotional/physical condition of a child artist. At a hand, we talk about a child should be happy, stress free etc. To encourage this, we organize various programs and campaign. On the other hand, we cannot see that a child artist is burdened a lot. The child has many responsibilities on him/her. He/she should have to maintain their academic results and have to do their particular work. This leads to a continuous stress on their physical and mental health as well.
I feel that there should be a limit of working hour for a child. He/she should be really relaxed by soul and enjoy childhood. Based, the same they must not be forced for so. Their academic works should also be reduced.
Looking for a positive response
Regards,
Muskan Shekhar.

Sub: Stress faced by child artist _ reg
Respected sir/madam,
I am samita residing in the above mentioned address. I wrote Yahoo's letter to make people aware of the stress faced by child artists especially in urban areas.
Nowadays the participation of children in movies and serials have increased. This is becoz people show greater interest in watching programmes which includes the presence of a child or a kid. So the directors are using a lot of child artists in their projects. They make them to act matured roles. They presurise them by conducting Long day shooting ,night shoot, early morning shoot and so on and so on. This affects the children physically as well as mentally. Some children are even made to skip their classes due to the irregular timing of shooting. But they are not given proper payment.
I think that the directors are taking the innocence of children and their willingness to act as an advantage and are using it in a wrong way. So I feel this must not happen. Directors should change their mind set of pinching small kids's hard work. I request you to kindly publish the views of mine in appropriate columns of your national daily so that it would be an eye opener for the concerned people.
THANK YOU,
Yours truly,
Samita.
