Subject: Blockage of streets due to chaotic parking of vehicles on roads

Sir:

I am writing to your esteemed self to bring to your notice that most of the residents park their vehicles thoughtlessly and carelessly on roads in our colony which leads to blockage and causes lots of inconvenience in moving on the road.  People don’t have any place to park their vehicles. The condition of roads near the market place is the worst. During rush hour, traffic jams are everyday phenomena. The roads of the colony remain half occupied by personal vehicles most of the time.

I appeal to you on behalf of the residents to look into the matter and have a public parking facility built for the residents. The residents can be charged for parking in the residential parking facility. This will generate money to maintain the parking facility. I hope you will look ponder over the issue and do the needful to relieve the residents of discomfort they have been facing.  Thanking you.

Yours faithfully,

Sanjit

Subject :- Complaint against parking of vehicles.

Respected Sir ,

Much difficulty is caused by the vehicles parked in our locality without any order. This causes the blockage of the streets. There are a number of scooters and cars on either side of the road. It is not unusual to see residents quarrelling with the owner of a car. The resident's movement in and out of the house is being obstructed.

Kindly do something about it. You may call a general meeting of the residents to discuss the matter. Alternatively, you can seek the help of the police to rid us of this nuisance. Urgent action is the need of the hour.

Yours sincerely

Sanjeet
