Sir,
This is to inform you that the staff of the Grameen Seva transport buses are not very friendly because I tried to reach them for the first time but there was no good response from their side in fact they ignored my points of complaint and instead replied rudely to my letter.
This is why I decided to write to the National Daily to showcase the problems that people travelling through buses are experiencing daily and Grameen Seva is not yet ready to work on them so there should be a platform from which all other people get to know about the various issue going on at the bus station.
First of all, I would like to throw light on the major issue which is that hundreds of people travel by bus but there are no sufficient buses which force people to hang on the buses. And this is very dangerous. And above all, it causes very much chaos, plus people find it difficult to board safely and travelling becomes difficult.
The second problem is that the bus keeps on stopping at random locations even when the bus is overloaded.
