respected sir,
I am writing to your esteem self to show my deep concern.i am shukhpreet that I recently read the newspaper that increasing crime among educated youth. Most of those caught for cyber offences belong to the young generation, a tech-savvy and educated crop, driven to fraud mostly to satiate their greed for money.According to the NCRB report, motives behind the crimes include making quick money, sexual harassment, playing pranks, causing disrepute, taking revenge and extortion. "Employees are often caught selling confidential documents to rival companies to earn fast money," said the investigator, adding that most offences registered are that of fraud, which add up to 147 cases in 2012, followed by 103 acts of greed. The list includes 101 crimes committed for sexual harassment, 17 for pranks, 38 to cause disrepute, six to take revenge and five to extort money. "I don't think low conviction rate has anything to do with the rise in cyber crimes," said Roy. "The offenders are emboldened as they feel that anonymity attached to the crimes can help them escape arrests easily. Still, investigators leave no stone unturned and put in their resources to catch the fraudsters.
I have decided to sort out the problem through the medium of your esteemed newspaper. I am hopeful that you will help me in sensitizing the concerned authorities, people and organizations by publishing this letter in your reputed daily.
Thanking you.
Yours truly,
shukhpreet

Subject: Recent increase in crimes against people from North east
Dear Sir,
Through the columns of your esteemed daily, I would like to highlight the issue of recent increase in crimes against people from north east, especially in the city.
Due to fear people from northeast are afraid of going out due to increase in violence against them government should take effective steps to avoid the problem because constitution of India protects its citizen from any type of discrimination but if the situation continues it will lead to a riot between the communities and if the situation continues there will be great loss including public and private properties due to clash between the communities.
The government should take stringent action against those who engage in antisocial activities against people from the northeast. The people should be given proper awareness about the need of equality among people living in same society and police should give protection to people belonging to north east to ensure their safe living.
Yours Sincerely
Satnam
