Sir, the managing director,
I'm writing this letter to you to inform you that I have selected the second condidate after interviewing the other two. The reasons why I have made that choice is that the second one has shown a very effective characteristics which suits what our firm needs. Firstly, he has shown up on time. Secondly,he is neat, handsome and acurate.thirdly he managed to answer all my questions correctly and wisely. Where as the other two came late and made alot of excuses which I think is not acceptable. They also took alot of time to respond to my questions which is bad and not suitable for the job because we need someone who can think fast and take the right reactions.
