Subject-Malfunctioning Device

It want to inform you that last Sunday, I purchased a Samsung LED TV (Model no.856974 40 Inch) from your shop. The bill transaction was said on the number 147564117. It am sorry to say that since yesterday that LED is not working and functioning well. Resolutions are awry and no other functions are working. So it is a request to send a repair team to check the LED and if the problem last longer, the replacement of TV.

sir, 
first of all very sorry for the complain but actually i have a complaint regarding the LED television we brought from your shop, when we turned on the TV it was not working and the reason was not bad weather or cable connection. we still waited for one day but still it was the same situation, so therefore i requested your department but nobody came so that is why please send anyone from your department to repair its malfunctioning. we even tried to change channels but no respond was there so please send some people urgently and if it does not get fine then please replace the tv soon as much as possible and therefore, that is why this letter is wrote to you. so please kindly replace it in 2-3 days so that we can use it. thanks a lot for your co- operation.
