With due respect I would like to state that I am a member of Mistic Spa and fitness centre , 71 Ram Vihar, New Delhi and I want to lodge a complain about the unhygienic condition of the spa.

The door of the spa is broken. The floor is shabby and untidy. The employees don't wash their hands. They use invectives with each other during spa. It is an experience of going and burning the money.

So it is a humble request to take action against this and improve the condition of the spa.

Sub: Regarding the unhygienic condition of the spa

Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I am a primary member of "Mistic Spa and Fitness Center" for the past 7 years. I became a member in this spa mainly due to your pleasant ambience and peaceful environment and excellent service  you offer to your customers.

But in recent months, I noticed that your spa is losing its pleasant atmosphere. I can able to spot a lot of unclean and stinky places in almost every room of your spa. This might cause serious bacterial or fungal infections to the customers and can worsen their health.

In addition to that, pertaining such condition in your spa can reduce the service and performance of your center. This might substantially reduce the number of customers getting service from your spa. This eventually might make your business dull.

So on considering my above grievances, I kindly request you to take necessary steps in improving your spa condition as it was before so that your service would reach the customers like us to the core so that your spa would remain one of the best spa among others in New Delhi.
