Subject: Letter of complaint against water leakage

Respected Sir,

With due respect I would like to bring to your kind notice that majority of water taps in Premier Orchard residency of Mall Road are leaking. In addition to this, there are many cases of water dripping from various joints in the supply pipes.

This is causing wastage for portable water. We have reported this matter previously also but no action has been taken yet.

I request you to get the necessary fixings done at the earliest so that we can conserve our precious resource.
