Sir:

I have noticed that despite the placement of different coloured bins for wet and dry garbage, people are not segregating their waste, which is leading to littering of the streets.

People must dispose of the dry and wet waste in separate bins. The green ones for dry waste; and the blue ones are for wet waste. Mixing them up will spoil the entire initiative of processing the waste in eco-friendly manner.  

I appeal to the people to use these bins properly for the welfare of all.
