Respected madam/sir
I am Sheela Kapoor, resident of Geet Enclave in Delhi. I visited Dalhousie with my family during the summer vacation. We had booked two deluxe rooms in Lake View Resort, in Dalhousie. The hotels room fell short of the description in the brochures.

When we arrived at the resort,we had high hopes for our rooms, as per described in the brochures. We were expecting ACs, free wifi, a comfortable bed, food and drinks for free and a nice shower. But our enthusiasm became half of what is was before, when we saw that our room did not have any windows to look out of, the AC did not cool properly, the bathrooms were small and stinky, and the shower water had ants in it. Our enthusiasm became even more lesser and we became even more depressed when we noticed that our bed had bed bugs in it.
