Subject - Inappropriate behaviour of bus conductor and driver.
Sir,
On 25 June, I travelled from Lucknow to Delhi. It was the DTC bus and bus number was 8AJ95. The name of the bus driver was Raju and that of conductors was Mahesh.
Mahesh was talking to poor and elderly with highly unacceptable rude behaviour. He even abused a poor person over the petty issue of change of 5 Rupees.
Even an elderly man requested to arrange a seat, due to their health, he first ignored him and then shouted at him.
Also, the bus driver not only shouted but played inappropriate and vulgar songs on the bus. With people getting uncomfortable due to the situation and on the complaint, he ignored everyone.
All the passengers were very furious with the behaviour. I request you to monitor their activities and take strict action against them.
An incident also came to light on the bus. It was of money being stolen from almost five passengers' wallets. The culprit can be anyone and I, with no means intend to direct it towards conductor and driver. This incident should also be investigated.
Thank you,
Yours truly,
Simran
