Sub: complain about T.V.

Sir,

Most humbly and requestfully with due regard I want to say about our T.V. set which we had brought from your shop yesterday. Yesterday we took it to our home and used it for only about an hour after that I off my T.V. and today when we on it it isn't working properly. It works for sometime after it is continuously switch off by itself.

So I want to say that plz replace it because it seems to be tough to run it by us.
