Sir,

In our city Delhi lots of accidents happens, mostly road accidents. These accidents happen because the people do not follow the traffic rules. They do not drive safely, they drive so fast. Daily daily accident news come in newspaper and in television, daily it come to listen that this accident happened and that accident happened. So I would like to tell you that the traffic rules must be followed by the people. The police must appear strictly to this issue. So that accidents can be reduced in Delhi.
