The school had lately ordered a few books from your company and many of the books either were having torn pages or missing pages. The students were complaining about it lately and were very disappointed. Some pages were also printed black or scribbled. This kind of quality is not expected from your side. I hope you can take all these books back and either return the money or give good quality book. Make sure to cross check the book before sending it. If you send bad quality books we'll report the police.
