Solution :-

King = 1
Legs of king = 2
Number of queens = 5
Total number of legs of queens = 5*2 = 10
Total number of rooms for each queen = 5*5 = 25 rooms
Number of big cats in each room = 5
Total number of big cats = 25*5 = 125
Number of little cats with each of the big cat = 5
Total number of little cats with each of the big cat = 125*5 = 625

Total number of cats including big and little cats = 125 + 625 = 750
Total number of legs of cats = 750*4 = 3000 legs
As I am standing in the palace, so my legs = 2

Total number of legs in the palace = 2 + 10 + 3000 + 2
= 3014 legs.

You = 2

King = 2

5 Queens,  then it will be 5 X 2 = 10

5 X 5 = 25
so there are 25 rooms belonging to Queens.

25 X 5 = 125
so there are 125 big cats.

125 X 5 = 625
so there are 625 little cats.

625 + 125= 750
so there are 750 cats in total.

750 cats = 750 X 4 = 3000

Total legs = 2 + 2 + 10 + 3000 = 3014
so here are 3014 legs in the palace.

THE ANSWER FOR THIS QUESTION IS 3014.
