Dear Diary:
I am exceedingly panicked and worried these days on account of Coronavirus pandemic. Coronavirus is the latest epidemic that has broken out in the world jeopardizing the lives of human beings on the planet. The first case of a person infected with this virus was reported from Wuhan, China, on 31 December 2019.
The situation in the world is quite critical; as many as 115,269 people have been reported dead with this virus across the world. Total number of infected patients is 1,866,654; 434,054 infected people have recovered. The disease is spreading to other countries. Situation in Iran and Italy is also very critical.
In India to 9,240 people have been reported infected with this virus. Fifty-six people have died. Indian Government has taken many preventive measures. All schools, colleges, universities, cinemas, etc. have been closed till April 30, 2020.
Schools are also closed. I am confined to remain inside my house. I can’t meet my friends even. The studies are suffering too. Though there are online classes, but they are not as fun-filled. I hope this lockdown will soon be over. I pray to God to help the doctors find cure for COVID 19. That’s all dear diary. Good night.
