arrangements done by the travel agency were far below standard .The accommodation and food

Hello Sir/Madam,

Do you remember that you recently arranged a trip of fifty students for Pragya Public School for 10 days to Nainital. I would like to complain about the quality of food served, and the inferior services offered at the hotel. I was really disappointed with your service, because someone had actually recommended your travel agency to me. I would request you to please stop duping poeple, as you won't be able to survive for long with this kind of service.

Money isn't everything, and instead of focusing on making money, try to improve your service to build a reputation in the industry.

Subject: Poor quality false promises

Sir:

Quite regrettably I am bringing to your notice the poor standard of services provided to you customers by your agency. Your company promises heaven but delivers hell in reality. I myself am the victim of your duping. I bought a trip for 50 students to Nainital in summer vacations for 10 days from your agency at the whopping cost. At the time of booking I was assured I would get 4 star lodging, boarding, and luxurious transport facilities. However, I was deeply aggrieved at the sub-standard and low quality of the facilities provided. Neither the hotels were 4 star, nor was the food up to the mark. As far as the transport facilities provided, the least said the better.  

I appeal to you to stop duping your customers as it tarnishes the image of the local people. You are responsible for the inconvenience faced by all the tourists; not the local people of the places where you send your customers for travel. I have already complained against you to the central Tourism Ministry. I hope you will mend your ways to avoid being brought to justice.
