I regret to inform you that I had signed a contract with your travel agency on 28th January 20XX for a trip to Nainital for 50 students, but the arrangements done were not satisfactory and way below the standards. The food was stale and the rooms booked by you were not sufficient. we had asked you to book 25 rooms - for 2 children per room, but the rooms booked were only 20. this gave us a lot of inconvinience and dissatisfaction. this inconvinience has ruined the trip of the school children. we request you to stop duping tourists with false promises as it tarnishes the image of locals. we hope you will respond soon and give us a repayment of our money.
