Sir,
I am writing to complain about a faulty laptop I bought from your store on Saturday 20th March 2021.
The first and last time I operated my new laptop it worked only for five minutes. When I was following the first steps, sudendly, the laptop made an strange noise and the screen went black. It did not worked anymore. Also it has warranty of 2 years.
Needless to say, I was quite disappointed. In the circumstances I expect the full refund or a new laptop. Looking forward for your fast response.
