And a week back we have placed an order for so many book which reached to our team yesterday, and we were surprised to see that so many books were defective,torn and missing some pages.

Although we were regular customer of yours but this incident are forcing us to think for the next order.

Now at last I want to say that I am sending all the defective books to you, so kindly check it and give me the new and fresh books.

I am sumit .I want your intensions on such an issue which should had noticed by management himself but unfortunately i am writing this letter to inform You about that issue.

Issue is about the quality of books that are available in school library. Books are not up to standard .Books do not have quality content .The content that can increase in knowledge of a student is lacking in those books.

I want you to take the notice of this as soon as possible.
