Sir,

I am Sumit from Moti Nagar, new Delhi.

Our garbage hasn't been collected for around a week. We have tried to contact the person in charge but he's been really neglectful. The Garbage is now Piling up in the middle of the road. Yesterday an old lady fall down due to strangling with one of the plastic bags. And also there's the nasty smell.

I will be highly obliged if you take any action against it.
