Dear Sir,

It is regretted that the postman of this locality does not deliver letters to proper persons. He throws letters carelessly near the door, though the letter-box is there on the main gate. He has been requested several times, but he pays no attention to it.

I, therefore, request you to either transfer him or ask him to mend himself. I hope you will take necessary action in the matter.
