Dear Sir,

             Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to let you know about the present fault with my new scooter that I  bought from your company three months ago. But now the petrol tank of my scoter got leaked, its breaks get failed and gears stop working now so kindly repair this scooter or replace it with a new one thanks.
