I'm Suryansh/Surabhi, living at 12/52, Roop Nagar, Delhi. I had recently ordered a few text books of class 12, some pastel colours, and other art materials from your shop, telephonically on 7th December 2020. I had given the address of my home for the books and art materials to be delivered. Your employee said that the items will be delivered by 20th December 2020. But I regret to inform you that I won't be able to pick up the items on the day. I've to move out of station for a few days and thus won't be able to be at home on that day.

I hereby request you to leave the ordered items with my neighbour, Mr. ABC (house number - 3/89). You will be paid by my neighbour for the items.
